Returns policy
 If you're having a problem with your purchase, eBay encourages Buyers and Sellers to resolve issues without opening an eBay Dispute Case and before leaving feedback.
What first?
As a seller we're able to provide technical advice and we have knowledge of all the products available on the eBay store.  In the first instance please refer to the manufacturers instructions and help guides.  We recommend calling our UK call centre us on 08712 009 009 to see if the problem with the product can be resolved.
What next?
If your product is faulty please let us know as soon as you can.  Our retail stores can provide technical support or refund any product purchased through the eBay store.  Please get in touch with us directly via the ‘contact us' section of our eBay store, product listing or through our UK call centre on 08712 009 009.
If your product is faulty
Our products marked as "new" have a 12 month warranty.  If your product develops a fault within that 12 month period call our help line on 0121 288 1321 and we will make the necessary arrangements.  You may also be offered a refund or exchange in the unlikely event that the product cannot be fixed. 
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order up to seven days after delivery, as long as you've not used it, you can still cancel your order up to seven working days from the day it arrived.
You can return the product to AmberQuip for a full refund as long as it is in the same condition as it was when delivered.
Changing your mind (after seven days)
If your product is unused (the box may be opened, but undamaged)we will except the goods back for a full refund including postage costs.
 There are certain types of Goods that you won't be able to cancel such as chevrons & ply lining. These items are specially made to order and are excluded from the distance selling laws. Of course AmberQuip will allways try to help if the goods have not yet been manufactured.
How do I return the product?
Use the ‘contact us' section of our eBay store to arrange for the item to be returned.  We will reply within 24 hours (Our lines are open Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 8pm, Saturday: 8.30am to 6pm ) with details of the return procedure and documentation for enclosure with the returns parcel.
