Call or email us to discuss or place an order. We can take payment over the phone, or if you prefer send you a secure payment link.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same working day when ordered before 2pm. 

We offer a 30 day no quibble returns policy providing items are returned in the condition received. If you have just placed an order and wish to cancel, please contact us asap

If you have not received an email stating your order has been dispatched then call us as soon as possible and we will be happy to change.

Once your order is placed you will receive an automated 'order received' email from us. 

We accept all major payment methods including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard.

Our latest dispatch time is 2pm.

Currently we only ship within the UK.

We offer two delivery options.

Standard delivery items are normally dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class and take between 3 - 4 days to arrive.

Express delivery will be via UPS Next Day Service for mainland addresses and should take between 1 & 2 days to arrive.

PLEASE NOTE Highlands and Islands may take a little longer to arrive.

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail may leave the item with a neighbour or in a designated 'safe place'. Alternatively the item will be taken to your local delivery office where you can collect in person or arrange another delivery date via their website.

Express Delivery: Courier will email with the parcels progress. An option should be provided to re-direct parcel if needed. 

Royal Mail may leave the item in a 'safe place' or with a neighbour. A 'something for you card' should be left telling you its location. 

 

Our standard UK delivery is FREE. An express delivery option is also available.  

 

Yes, at checkout you can select a 24-48 hour express service ( £6.99).   

 

 All our holder are manufactured from tough engineering grade PVC plastic. This make them extremely strong and resistant to water and most chemicals. Also have great resilience from the sun's UV.

Our holders are universal and designed to fit any work van. Most have a width of 300mm or less, meaning they can be mounted to the end of even the narrowest van racking. 

As our holders can be mounted in a variety of locations such as van racking and workshop walls, you would need to source suitable fixing products yourself.

All our products carry a full twelve month warranty.

 Our holders are made from a solid material. There is no outer coating that may become chipped over time.

 Yes! One major advantage is the solid PVC construction of our holders makes the 100% waterproof for the lifetime of use.

We are happy for you to drill additional mounting holes in our holders. Due to the solid construction of our holders this will not affect their performance or warranty. 

We are an online business and do not have a physical shop. A visit to see us can be pre-arranged via email or telephone.

Our telephone lines are open 9am until 5pm weekdays. Excluding public holidays.

We dispatch orders most Saturdays mornings. If you order is urgent let us know and we will try to assist.
